This role offers the opportunity to manage and support our talented technical staff on a diverse range of Municipal and Land Development projects across New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in growing our team, leveraging your leadership skills and technical expertise to drive our success. Your responsibilities will include collaboration, provide technical guidance, and ensure financial responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in engineering, project leadership, and client engagement, along with a strong technical background.
