Responsibilities, activities and principal tasks
- Elaborate, implement and monitor innovative and impactful local marketing strategies and tactical plans to maximize opportunities, reduce threats, and achieve business and financial objectives for the MRI, CT, Ultrasound and Cath Lab products.
- Adapt Bracco campaigns and promotional programs to the Canadian market requirements to positively position brands, grow market share and revenue, enhance brand awareness and adoption, and reinforce clinical utility of the brands.
- Collaborate closely with Americas platform managers to ensure that lifecycle management for the Canadian market is properly represented and implemented.
- Liaise with the sales team and sales leadership to ensure support staff needs are met to facilitate product sales.
- Work with the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer and with the Chief Sales Officer for pricing strategies and guidelines to optimize profitability and product assortment while meeting organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the diagnostic imaging and interventional labs to understand market trends, dynamics, technological evolutions, and to identify opportunities for the franchise.
- Collaborate with senior sales and marketing leaders to implement accurate sales and production forecasts to meet customer demand.
Education
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Knowledge of the medical imaging sector is considered a strong asset.
Experience, knowledge and technical skills
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in medical imaging or healthcare.
- Proven experience in brand marketing, product management and campaign execution.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within a team.
- Strong adaptability to evolving markets and organizational needs with sound judgment.
- Strategic mindset and creativity in developing marketing plans and strategies tailored to the local market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated collaboration to achieve success.
- Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written), plus strong presentation, organizational and project management skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Work environment and travel
- Role based in our Anjou, QC offices with a hybrid schedule option (three days in the office, two days remote).
- Approximately 10% domestic travel within Canada and 5% international travel.
