Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Inc. (TPASC) is seeking a full time Manager, Marketing and Communications to lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of TPASC’s internal and external communications.
About the Role
The Manager, Marketing and Communications, is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of TPASC’s communications, marketing and brand activities. This role translates organizational priorities into effective, well-coordinated communications and marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience, brand awareness, engagement, and revenue generation.
The role oversees marketing and communications operations, supervises staff and ensures consistent, quality execution across all channels. The Manager also plays a key role in supporting customer experience excellence by aligning marketing, communications, and promotions with the needs of diverse user groups.
