Your responsibilities go beyond just responding to maintenance requests, you?ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction and maintenance schedules, managing teams, troubleshooting systems, and keeping everything running on time and to standard.*Key Responsibilities:** *Supervise and coordinate construction-related schedules* to align maintenance work with ongoing projects across multiple job sites* Oversee *daily maintenance operations* across a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties* *Lead, schedule, and manage teams* of maintenance technicians and construction support staff* Ensure efficient workflow by *coordinating trades and workers* to complete a variety of tasks in the most effective sequence* *Troubleshoot and repair* building systems, including *appliances, heat pumps, boilers, HVAC units*, and more* Manage and monitor all *preventative maintenance programs** Coordinate with project managers and site leads to align timelines and minimize downtime* Respond to urgent or emergency maintenance issues as needed* Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with *building codes and regulations** Maintain clear documentation including inspection reports, service logs, and inventory tracking* Liaise with third-party vendors and contractors when necessary* Provide regular updates to upper management and contribute to project planning and budgeting*What You Bring:** *3+ years of experience* in property maintenance or construction, with *1+ year in a leadership role** Proven ability to *manage people and construction schedules* effectively* Hands-on knowledge of *HVAC, plumbing, boilers, heat pumps, appliances*, and general building systems* Strong *project coordination* and organizational skills* Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building abilities* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting project priorities* Comfortable with after-hours or emergency call-outs as needed* Valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle*Ready to Make an Impact?*If you're a proactive leader with a passion for construction coordination and maintenance excellence, we want to hear from you.
