Reporting to the Deputy Director, Utilities Delivery, the Manager, Linear Infrastructure Delivery (LID) will provide strategic leadership to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of the business unit’s mandate, which includes the design, project/portfolio management, risk management, and contract management of all linear related capital infrastructure projects for lift stations, linear water, wastewater, stormwater and flood mitigation infrastructure related projects. As a member of the Utilities Delivery Management Team, you will be expected to foster an inclusive leadership approach that promotes a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration amongst staff and internal/external business partners. As a strategic decision-maker and problem-solver, you will possess political acumen and have experience in leading transformational change in a very dynamic work environment. Primary duties include:

Compensation: Level M4E $214,400 – 268,000 per annum
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week

Days of Work: This position works a 5 day work week earning 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
