Manager, Master Data Management

Aurora Cannabis Enterprises Inc is currently looking for a Manager, Master Data Management. Reporting to the EVP Information Technology you will look to build and lead a Master Data Management (MDM) program which enables Aurora Cannabis to effectively leverage enterprise data assets to drive revenues, promote innovation, and reduce costs. The Manager, Master Data Management will lead the development, documentation, reporting, implementation, and global governance through various applications including ERP. Standardized processes and procedures will also be an important mandate for this role.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have…

  • Minimum 7 – 9 years of job-related experience
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or a diploma in Computer Science, Finance, or related Business experience
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Master Data Management tools, processes, and policies
  • Experience with other Data Governance tools and processes is an asset, including Data Quality, Data Cataloging, Glossary, and Lineage management
  • 5+ years of Data Management experience at the enterprise level, within an ERP
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions, data management warehouse solutions platform is considered an asset
  • 3+ years of direct people management and leading delivery through others
