Join IAMGOLD as a Manager, Global Supply Chain and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of supply chain excellence within a global mining organization. You will be an integral member of our Supply Chain Center of Excellence, where you will lead and support impactful initiatives designed to elevate procurement, inventory management, and overall supply chain performance across our global operations. In this role, you’ll champion the implementation of standardized systems and processes that align with our Supply Chain Framework, all while leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best-in-class practices to enhance efficiency and resilience.

Your day-to-day will include leading the rollout of innovative supply chain tools and practices, conducting in-depth analysis to uncover performance opportunities, and supporting IAMGOLD’s operating sites with data-driven insights on procurement trends and market dynamics. You will help maintain global standards and lead training initiatives while ensuring accurate master data governance and supply chain reporting across the organization. Working collaboratively with site teams, project leads, and corporate stakeholders, you will be at the center of efforts to foster alignment, drive strategic sourcing, and support operational excellence. Your ability to identify process gaps, influence change, and implement key performance indicators will be essential in achieving consistent results that benefit our people, our partners, and our business.

What You Need to Succeed

We are seeking a seasoned supply chain professional with relevant experience, ideally within the mining or industrial sector. Post secondary education, along with a recognized supply chain certification such as SCMP, CPIM, or CSCP, will support your success in this role. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, fluency in both English and French, and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills will all be considered valuable assets.
