A leading global consultancy in Toronto seeks a Finance and Operations Manager to oversee daily functions and ensure compliance with government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a CPA designation and extensive experience in financial management and team leadership. The Finance and Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day functions of the Team. The role reports to the Director of Partnership Operations and supervises three colleagues. In this role, you will oversee all recurring accounting and operations processes, implement internal controls, oversee the performance and growth of team members, complete relevant administrative tasks, and support the executives in special projects. This is a role that is highly reliant on detail orientation and confidentiality.
