About the Role

We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic leader to join our team as Manager, Enterprise Analytics. In this role, you will lead the design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise analytics capabilities across the organization. You will manage a blended team of internal analytics professionals and vendors, partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable use cases, and enable data-driven decision-making to improve customer, operational, and financial outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise analytics capabilities, including technical solutions for data collection and analytics projects.
  • Build analytics talent and manage a blended team of internal staff and vendor partners, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to governance standards.
  • Partner with business units to translate strategic priorities into actionable analytics use cases.
  • Oversee development and adoption of advanced analytics solutions such as predictive models, machine learning, and optimization algorithms.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering on enterprise data architecture, integration, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and industry trends.
  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions across business units, directly influencing revenue generation, cost management, and client retention.
  • Prepare and present business cases for new analytics initiatives, demonstrating ROI and strategic value.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals while providing oversight to vendor-supported analytics.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics leadership roles, delivering enterprise solutions in a hub-and-spoke model.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading blended teams of internal staff and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics techniques including generative AI, predictive modeling, machine learning, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R, SAS).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
  • Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle telematics, and IoT data preferred.
  • Strong leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Current Location

Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026

The hiring base salary range for this position is $111,100 - $152,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
