A public safety solutions company in Ottawa is seeking a Manager for Employee Experience and Culture to lead initiatives enhancing engagement and belonging within a hybrid work environment. This role requires expertise in internal communications and a strong background in employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience, preferably in a technology context, and will champion organizational culture while overseeing various engagement programs across locations.

The Manager, Employee Experience and Culture plays a vital role within the People & Culture team, shaping how employees connect, engage, and experience careers and life at Versaterm. This role leads the design and execution of initiatives that strengthen culture, foster belonging, and elevate the day‑to‑day employee experience across our hybrid environment.
Overseeing internal communications, employee engagement programs, and office experience operations, the Manager ensures that every interaction — from company-wide announcements to in‑office experiences — reflects Versaterm’s values and enhances connection, community, and purpose. Partnering across functions, this role builds meaningful programs and moments that engage employees and celebrate what makes Versaterm unique.
