This position will report to the Director, Commercial Value Optimization.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and execute cross-functional initiatives that contribute to value creation and Enterprise performance related to commercial decisions.
  • Lead in the development of integrated finance and business models and scenario analyses to evaluate commercial initiatives and business performance, supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, Market Research, Transportation, Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams to align on priorities and drive initiatives forward.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from concept to implementation using structured project management approaches.
  • Support the development and prioritization of a project opportunity pipeline; track initiative status, report on progress, and escalate to leadership as needed.
  • Prepare materials for senior leader and executive communications, including memos and presentations.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to analysts/advisors, fostering a collaborative, curious, and results-driven team culture.
  • Support key enterprise decisions by advancing initiatives that generate insights and enable long-term strategic planning.
What You Will Bring
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
  • Enrollment in or completion of a professional designation (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) or other is desirable.
  • 8 or more years of progressive experience in business development, finance, project management or consulting roles.
  • Superior analytical and financial modelling skills, including understanding of discounted cash flow analysis, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects or cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and balance attention to detail with broader perspective.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team success.
