A career as an Account Manager in the Commercial & Wealth Management team involves responsibility for growing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you. The diverse and complex tasks will enable you to become a trusted advisor in your clients' financial projects.

Your Job :

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, expand your client base, and create business development strategies.
  • Assist clients in achieving their business objectives by proposing tailored financial strategies using Bank products and services.
  • Adapt and optimize financial products and advice to meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Negotiate agreement terms with clients, ensuring compliance with risk management standards and profitability goals.
  • Develop business plans for growth.
  • Support the Associate Vice-President in achieving team objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Manager - Financing Solutions.
  • Participate in networking activities such as conferences and events.
  • Identify inherent risks in Personal and Commercial Banking activities.

Your Team :

You will be part of a team supporting commercial clients within the Commercial & Wealth Management 1859 sector, surrounded by experts to help deliver optimal solutions.

The position reports to the Regional Vice-President and is based in Quebec Center.

Our hands-on training programs will help you master your role. Working with colleagues of diverse expertise will enhance your development.

Basic requirements :

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in sales and business development in the financial industry, depending on your academic background.
  • Experience in sales, business development, financial statement analysis, and commercial credit.
