Managed Services : System Analyst Tier 1

Salary Range : $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 Annually

We are currently looking to add a team member in Kelowna, BC. Are you looking for an opportunity to build your career in IT?

The Managed Services team at WBM supports many of Western Canada’s leading companies, and our team is growing. In this role, you would be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations for this expanding customer base. This involves assisting clients via phone, email, or live chat to resolve various issues, helping them get back to productive work.
