A property management firm in Wetaskiwin is seeking a Mall Maintenance Associate to oversee maintenance and operations at the Wetaskiwin Mall. You will respond to tenant requests, manage repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of building maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Mall Maintenance Associate will provide hands‑on operational and maintenance support for both the Wetaskiwin Mall and the surrounding area. Reporting directly to the Mall Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the properties are well‑maintained, safe, and functioning efficiently.
