A property management organization is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure housing co-operatives remain safe and functional. The ideal candidate will respond to emergency maintenance issues, perform various repairs, and maintain clear communication with residents. A high school diploma, a minimum of six months' maintenance experience, and possession of a reliable vehicle are essential. This role offers competitive compensation as a Living Wage employer with a Monday to Friday work week.

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the first responder for urgent maintenance issues and a key player in keeping our client co‑ops safe and functional. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
This position often requires flexibility to work outside of regular office hours (i.e. evenings). This position may be based on site in the office of multiple housing co‑operatives with frequent activities and travel in and around the lower mainland.
The incumbent must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, as well as have the manual dexterity to type, and file documents. In addition, as required at co‑op sites, the incumbent must be able to walk short distances/climb stairs.
