The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing onsite handyperson services for a portfolio of properties developed or redeveloped by the Community Land Trust, as directed by the Building Caretaker Team Lead. The Technician helps ensure sound facility management services for the buildings in the CLT portfolio.
Reporting to the Building Caretaker Team Lead, the Maintenance Technician works as a team with our in-house janitorial staff to contribute and perform activities related to preventative and unscheduled maintenance services while considering environmental, health and safety, and other factors.

Compensation: $58,000 – $68,000/year. Salary commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
