Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in resorts/activities management.
  • Must hold Professional Canadian Guiding Accreditation.
  • Previous experience in retail management and inventories is required.
  • Previous experience working with children is required.
  • Committed to ongoing development and training of all colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Recreation operations ensuring standards are followed.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance departmental revenue.
  • Design entertainment programs for holidays.
  • Monitor departmental payroll and expenses.
  • Manage cash float and point of sales system.
