The CFO Data Product team resides within Financial Planning and Analysis. FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. core responsibilities:

The role is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for CFO Data & Analytics products, leading the product organisation to deliver innovative solutions that align with business priorities. It drives roadmap development, planning, and stakeholder engagement, ensures effective collaboration with Engineering for delivery, and champions organisational maturity and team development.

  • Set Vision & Strategy for CFO Data & Analytics products, aligning with business priorities.
  • Lead Product Management including roadmap, requirements, documentation, and process maturity.
  • Drive Planning & Stakeholder Engagement through quarterly prioritisation, regular collaboration and granular familiarity with key data elements and problem statements.
  • Enable Agile Delivery & Adoption by partnering with Engineering and overseeing UAT, training, and hyper care.
  • Build High-Performing Teams & Champion Diversity through IDEA commitments and inclusive leadership.
qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience in cross-functional projects and programs with a matrix structure in high-growth international company or business consulting in finance transformation through data and analytics and technology implementation.
  • 7+ years leadership experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis with exposure to data and analytics tools as an end user. Retail industry preferred.
  • 5+ years leadership experience in finance product management, project management, scrum / agile methodologies, business analysis, process analysis, digital transformation.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Oracle EPM / EBS/ RMS, PowerBI, Microsoft co-pilot preferred.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400-$206,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
