Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Insurance Certificate.
  • Strong understanding of Trade net Declaration for Import & Export.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contingency situations with a backup plan.
  • Act as focal point of contact for CSR interfacing with customers.
  • Prepare documents, handle billing, and job closing.

Skills

Experience in freight forwarding field

Responsibilities
  • Manage contingency situation with backup plan
  • Provide sales and customer service info and rate (cost/selling) when required
  • Provide irregular case or damage report when required.
  • Maintain customer files (KPI/quotation/SOP/specific requirements)
  • Act as focal point of contact for CSR interfacing with customers ( existing and new)
  • Booking with carriers, liaison with local & overseas vendors, oversea offices, warehouse and trucking company, etc.
  • Documents preparation, billing and job closing
  • Other tasks assigned by manager
Academic Qualifications
  • College /University Graduates, preferably from Logistics
Experiences/Knowledge/Skills
  • Experience in freight forwarding field at least 5 years
  • Professional in speaking and writing English and Korean
  • Knowledge of Shipping & Documentation including Proforma/Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COA, CO, Insurance Certificate etc.
  • Performance of freight and related services.
  • Knowledge of Trade net Declaration for Import & Export
