Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Region: Astrak Canada

Time Requirement: Full Time

Person Responsible to: Commercial Director

Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will oversee dispatch to delivery, operations, mange exceptions, and cultivate relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders. You will also handle communication during exceptions, prepare shipping documents and support the sales team. The role demands strong organization skills and collaboration to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Order processing with various carriers for any internal shipments which require customs
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as workshop, sales, and logistics teams, to ensure smooth operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Be the main point of contact for all escalations and invoice discrepancies.
  • Provide support to the Commercial Director and contributing to various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Complete office duties as required
  • NetSuite freight tables
  • Tracking of shipments
