Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive hospitality management experience in a hotel or related setting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with hospitality management software.
• Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client and guest satisfaction with high-quality hospitality service.
• Maintain daily standards regarding food quality, cleanliness, and health and safety.
• Support hiring initiatives and performance management of employees.
• Provide analysis for revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Create staff schedules in accordance with forecasts.
