Qualifications

• Experience with trauma informed practices.
• Reliable, safe vehicle with appropriate insurance for transporting individuals.
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living and health care needs.
• Collaborate with MCFD, Mental Health Services, and other professionals.
• Implement individuals' daily schedules, including transportation.
