A leading financial services firm based in Toronto is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement strategies. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in marketing, particularly within financial services. Responsibilities include developing data-driven campaigns and optimizing customer journeys using CRM tools. This role offers a hybrid work model with a 12-month contract, commencing in September 2025.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support growth across the direct investing customer lifecycle.
Design and optimize automated onboarding, engagement, and retention journeys across CRM and digital channels.
Lead execution of integrated campaigns, managing creative briefs, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure marketing programs align with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
Mentor and manage team members, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.
Analyze customer insights and campaign performance, producing dashboards and recommendations to maximize ROI.
5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial services or direct investing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
Experience in email marketing and building automated journeys.
Ability to translate technical requirements into effective marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A self-directed investor with personal experience in direct investing.
Knowledge of digital channels, mass marketing integration, and data-driven campaign optimization.
