We are 2022’s New Brewery of the Year with locations in Toronto’s epic Liberty Village and Kingston’s beautiful downtown. We were also on Dragon’s Den and launched arguably the two best taco joints in Ontario (you can fight us on that).

Our mission is to create and curate curious beverages. Everything we sell is both a little unexpected but makes complete sense. And people want them. Like our World Beer Award-winning Brunch Stout, made with the same ingredients you’d expect in a pancake breakfast, or our Painted Lake Peach Crisp which smells just like a bag of Fuzzy Peaches.

The person we’re seeking is confident, engaging, and loves the adult beverage industry. You come with a demonstrated record of success in a similar role and a rolodex of existing customers. And if you’re successful it will make our brewers uncomfortably busy trying to keep up on our brew systems.

Role:

The Kingston OP Sales Rep is responsible for building strong, mutually-beneficial relationships with SITW’s key licensee partners. You will be meeting with and selling through to bars & restaurants in the Kingston area for the goal of increasing SITW’s distribution footprint. This job will require on the road travel time within Ontario.

  • Manage licensee product sales working with our Director of Sales
  • Work with our Head Brewer and Director of Sales to develop a pipeline of inventory to adequately service customers
  • Manage deliveries of kegs and cans to customers (both yourself and via Ship Noble)
  • Develop and deliver presentations to customers
  • Responsible for creating and executing samplings
  • Regularly visit licensees to audit pricing and inventory
  • Plan and execute regular meetings with key accounts
  • Work beer festivals / Farmer’s markets
  • Host customers at our taproom(s)
  • Source and organize brewery event appearances
  • Weekly sales calls and monthly sales reports
  • Provide feedback on competitive marketing activities and sales trends
  • Effectively track daily, weekly, and monthly goals required to deliver sales targets
Qualifications
  • A record of past performance success in selling through to OP in Kingston
  • 3+ years experience
  • Highly passionate about beer, spirits, and adult beverages
  • A confident, engaging personality that makes it hard to say no to
  • Great at talking with people and being a great listener
  • Super motivated and keen to bring forward new ideas
  • Calm under pressure
  • Organized AF
  • Smart Serve certified
  • A rolodex of licensee accounts and contacts
  • Valid class G driver’s licence & daily access to a vehicle is a must
  • Ability to lift a full 30L keg and sometimes a 50L!
Compensation
  • $40,000 salary
