Responsibilities

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Hand & Stone experience highly recommended
• MUST possess Dermalogica Specialist or Expert level
• MUST have Brazilian waxing and all waxing skills
• Greet all clients with a warm generous and inviting manner
• Explain treatment to client before beginning and offer appropriate add ons to experience
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness benefits of facials
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
• Willingness to learn understand and promote all spa services and product lines
• Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
• Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep database up to date
