We are looking to hire a Leisure Branch Manager at CWT.

Responsibilities

• Required to sell retail travel
• Staff management to ensure productivity, accounting, human resources and operational standards are met
• Administration and Finance responsibilities: including monthly analysis of P&L, annual budgeting and reforecasting
• Facilities and technology duties
• Manage customer service and supplier relations
• Responsible for local marketing and branch growth
• Lead membership and Vacation Club support including annual RBC bank branch visits
• Corporate support and account management as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Corporate/Leisure Travel Counsellor with proven leadership capabilities or 3-5 years experience within a similar supervisory or management position within the retail travel industry
• Completion of an accredited travel school program
• Leadership, team building and coaching skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Exceptional business building and sales skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proficiency in Sabre and Matrix accounting systems
