As we continue to grow, we’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team and help us reach new heights.

Position Summary

We’re currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Edmonton, Alberta. You’ll play a key role in leasing apartments, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lease vacant apartments and manage the rental process from start to finish
  • Assess prospective tenants’ needs and provide property recommendations
  • Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms
  • Prepare and finalize lease agreements
  • Coordinate move‑ins and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new tenants
  • Stay informed about local rental market trends
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads promptly
  • Prepare leasing activity reports and handle lease renewals as needed
  • Respond to tenant inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Generate leads through phone outreach, networking, and email
Qualifications
  • Experience and/or interest in real estate (asset)
  • Relevant training or certification in real estate (asset)
  • Verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
