This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and consult on large-scale learning and development projects, helping to shape the future of employee training and engagement.
As a Learning Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs for a major corporate transformation initiative. You will act as an internal consultant and project manager, guiding significant learning and development projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders and vendors. You will be instrumental in redesigning comprehensive learning journeys for employees, focusing on large-scale, complex programs.
