You Have :

• 5+ years in a senior or Design / UX leadership position
• Experience making user-led decisions, and comfortable working with user insights e.g. from quantitative insights, data, ethnography. Prior experience in Research is a must-have.
• Experience in line management of 1-2 designers. Confident mentoring and coaching designers in best design practices.
• Prior experience providing input and direction towards overall strategy and design vision influencing multiple teams
