• 2 or more years’ experience in a medical manufacturing environment or technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with low to medium volume manufacturing and manual processes.
• Self-motivated and reliable with a desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly production metrics while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies.
• Work with functional groups to identify and implement process improvements.
