  • Dashboard & Report Development: Design and build intuitive dashboards and reports for diverse WMC stakeholders including Investment Advisors, Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and Head Office teams.
  • Data Ecosystem Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of our data landscape, identify authoritative data sources, and become a go-to resource for data location and accessibility questions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other departments to ensure project deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support timely delivery of regulatory reports (e.g., CRM3, CIRO) with 100% accuracy and on-time performance.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create comprehensive documentation, data dictionaries, and knowledge base articles to support team and stakeholder understanding.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Support cloud-first migration from SAS/SQL Server to Snowflake for near real-time analytics.
  • Support data governance initiatives, including automated validation, data lineage tracking, and metadata management.
  • Drive adoption of modernized reporting frameworks and monitor end-user engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and eliminate redundant processes.
Must haves:
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting or related field.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies and modern BI practices.
  • Collaborative team environment with experienced mentors.
  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.
  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.
  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.
  • A world-class training program in financial services.
  • Flexible work/life balance options.
  • Opportunities to do challenging work.
