A global leader in food services is seeking a Chef to lead culinary operations at a college in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in food service and demonstrated leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing meal production, managing employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a Monday through Friday position, with an immediate start date in 2025.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in food service or catering.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, as some clients are English-speaking.
  • MAPAQ hygiene and safety certificate required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire meal production process.
  • Coordinate the kitchen and service team.
  • Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen employees and inventory.
  • Implement health and food hygiene programs.
