In this role, you will provide senior technical leadership in designing, architecting, and deploying enterprise-grade AI systems that deliver significant value across domains such as legal, tax, risk, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect highly scalable AI solutions and end-to-end intelligent systems, including multi-component pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks, and agent-based architectures with autonomous reasoning.
• Lead the customization and adaptation of large-scale AI models for specialized business domains.
• Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for AI development across the organization.
• Integrate AI models into production software using APIs, microservices, distributed data pipelines, and cloud-native platforms.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and techniques to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, assessing feasibility and business impact for new AI capabilities.
• Stay ahead of trends in AI research and convert findings into practical technical roadmaps and innovation strategies.
• Drive strategic initiatives that position the organization as a leader in advanced AI-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive, scalable technical specifications and architectural solutions.

Necessary Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leadership roles focused on AI and machine learning.
• Strong experience in Generative AI, LLM-based development, RAG frameworks, and autonomous or agent-based systems.
• Expert proficiency in Python and major machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, enterprise deployment, large-scale data processing, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience applying MLOps and LLMOps methodologies to full AI lifecycle management in production environments.
• Demonstrated skills integrating AI solutions into large-scale enterprise systems using APIs, pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including container and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Track record of leading technical initiatives and successfully guiding delivery teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, including executive leadership.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience leading teams developing large-scale AI solutions, including agentic systems or enterprise AI integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and information retrieval.
• Industry experience in regulated sectors such as legal, tax, risk, or finance.
• Demonstrated success scaling AI products to enterprise customer environments.
• Experience in AI governance, model risk management, regulatory alignment, or compliance frameworks.
