What you’ll be responsible for

As a Lead Consultant - Solutions Enablement with Sourced, you will be at the forefront of modern delivery techniques, work on complex cloud transformations, and garner strong enterprise governance experience in delivery, security, and risk management. Leveraging your experience, you will be able to impact large organizations with their adoption of both established and emerging cloud technologies.Responsibilities will include :

• Buildingstrong relationships with client teams and developinga deep understanding of their business objectives and strategy-driving factors
• Formingstrong project team relationships by leading, coaching, and motivating team members, and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts
• Leadingand nurturingbest practice cloud delivery cultures in client teams that require guidance and assistance with turbo charging their cloud journey
• Proactively settingand managingclient and project team expectations and continually seekingopportunities to increase satisfaction and strengthen relationships
• Creatingand executingproject work plans and revisingas appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands
• Trackingand reportingon project outcomes and providingtransparent communication channels to clients, project teams, and other stakeholders
• Proactively identifyingproject issues and risks, and creatingaction plans for resolvingsuchissues and mitigatingsuchrisks
• Managingsecurity and operational risks inherent in cloud and digital transformation
• WorkingwithClientSuccessManagersandthe business development team memberstomanageclient account plans and develop opportunities
• Ensuringcommercial changes are documented and approved through robust change control processes
• Participating in mentoring and guiding the Solutions Enablement team, fostering a culture of learning, development, and continuous improvement
• Manage direct report driving their professional development, including setting goals and objectives, providing constructive feedback, and soliciting 360 feedback

What you will bring to the role

• 5+years of experience managing software deliveryand / or cloud DevOps teams in an iterative delivery environment.
• PMP and / or Agile certification
• You will be a high EQ individual that understands the value and importance of quality client / team relationships.
• Prior experience in professional services working with enterprise customers in fast-paced, uncertain environments.Experience in financial servicesor telecommunicationsishighly advantageous.
• Strong business acumen,and comfort with; writing business cases, assisting with account(s)management, developing statements of work,and supporting commercial conversations.
• Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated experience leading scoping and design sessions, sprint planning, client showcases,and managing geographically distributedteams.
• Demonstrable exposure working with AWS, Azure, and / or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• AnAgilepersonal work style,anddemonstrated experiencein dealing with,and resolving,ambiguity.
• A track record of building successful relationships and working collaboratively,bothinternally and externally
• A detail-orientedmindsetwith a flair for problem solving.
• Experience writing clear and effective project plans and proposals.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools.
• The ability to work at client sitesfor varying amounts of time each week as per client and project requirements.
