Job description

Overview

We are seeking an intermediate to senior lawyer who practices in corporate law, banking law, commercial law, real estate law, and/or foreclosure work. The candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience practicing law in BC. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, preferably with an existing practice. However, they will also receive referral work and practice support from our firm's lawyers. The Associate Counsel role operates on a management fee basis, allowing the lawyer to run their own independent practice while benefiting from our firm's resources and offerings.
