McElhanney is looking for a Land Surveyor in Training for our Fort St. John office to assist with legal, engineering and construction‑related surveys in a variety of settings, from land development to large‑scale infrastructure and utility corridor projects.
Obtain a variety of work experience in a very diverse local survey market, while enjoying numerous opportunities to work on larger, multi‑branch projects throughout the province. Upon joining our team, you will mentor under multiple Land Surveyors, collaborate with other Land Surveyors in Training, and enjoy a company culture that makes your professional development a priority.

$78,000- $107,000 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
