Lawson Lundell LLP is seeking a talented and highly motivated labour and employment lawyer with 3+ years of experience to join our Vancouver office. Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $205,000, depending with year of call and and relevant experience. Lawson Lundell LLP also offers a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment designed to foster career growth.
Some of the core responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:
Required experience:
· 3+ years of experience within labour and employment law
· Experience advising clients with respect to labour and employment matters
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Confidence in engaging and interacting with clients
· Exceptional work ethic and commitment to client service
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail and organization skills
