Position : Junior Product Manager

Job Summary : Reporting to the Technical Director, the Junior Product Manager will be training to oversee the development and lifecycle of products from inception to launch and beyond. This role involves working closely with various departments, including marketing, engineering, and sales, to ensure that the product meets market needs and aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Initiate product development and optimization, following the product lifecycle from launch to decline. Decide when products should be updated, replaced, or discontinued.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to communicate the technical message to the market and customers. Coordinate with the R&D team for product development and technical release.
  • Project Management: Coordinate all specialist areas to bring products into series production on time, on budget, and in line with market requirements. Ensure products are tested, validated, and approved.
  • Support: Provide technical support to other departments such as Sales and the Merchandise team.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze trends and market insights to guide the organization. Support and coordinate the global business unit portfolio.
  • Strategy: Develop product vision and strategy, and create buy-in from stakeholders. Define product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Promotion: Act to build awareness and understanding.
