Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assist in bridging communication between business teams, IT, and external partners to help clarify requirements and support alignment with business objectives.
  • Support project activities by coordinating tasks, tracking timelines, and following up to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Contribute to project planning by documenting requirements, preparing test cases, and recording results.
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions, functional analysis, and support the implementation of new software solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day first-line technical support to end users, escalating issues when needed.
  • Help investigate user-reported problems and document findings for resolution by senior team members or vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing, user training, and rollout activities.
  • Prepare updates on project status for review with the IT Senior Program Manager, highlighting progress and potential risks.
  • Additional tasks as required.
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Junior Business Analyst or relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of one or more IT solutions and related systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve technical issues with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience contributing to major IT projects with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into both process and technical requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled at working under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Laval 5 days per week.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
