Job description
Okanagan College is hiring a Business Transformation Coordinator (Projects)

Help shape how technology supports learning and operations across the College.

This full-time role leads and coordinates IT and cross‑functional projects from start to finish.

You’ll manage project plans, track progress, and collaborate with departments to deliver results on time and within budget. You’ll also gather business requirements, improve processes, and help implement technology solutions that make a difference.

What you need:
  • ✅ Four-year degree in Business Administration or a related technical field
  • ✅ Minimum four years of project management experience
  • ✅ Strong skills in project coordination, business analysis, and communication
  • PMP designation and post‑secondary experience are assets

Location: Kelowna (Hybrid eligible)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30‑4:00 (negotiable)

Pay: $35.07‑$40.07 per hour

Start Date: November 10, 2025 (to February 27, 2026)
