As an IT Project Manager, you are a strategic leader who thrives on delivering complex IT initiatives that drivereal businessoutcomes.You’llwork with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.You’llalso act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting their CIO and CISO Programs while building long‑term relationships and delivering measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles (initiation to closure) using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change controls.
• Build strong clientrelationships,act as primaryliaisonand advisor.
• Facilitate project meetings, reporting, and executive steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, regulatory requirements, and controls.
• Handle escalations and resolve client concerns quickly and effectively.
• Track KPIs,utilization, and client satisfaction metrics; prepare executive reports.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and enterprise systems.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud transformation, infrastructure migration, and cybersecurity projects.
• Vendor and contract managementexpertise.
• Proficiencywith project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in fast‑paced client environments.
• ITIL or other Project Management certifications are a plus.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years in IT project management.
• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B services.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Track recorddelivering $500K+ IT projects in mid‑to‑enterprise environments.
• Desirable: Industry knowledge in Mining, Hospitality, or Finance
