Client is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic IT Project Coordinator to support the Strategic Initiatives & Global Events team. This role is instrumental in delivering high-impact, global events that enhance colleague engagement, business connectivity, and brand identity. You’ll be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events—ensuring a seamless experience behind the scenes across various stakeholders and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of global corporate events.
  • Manage operational logistics including event registration, invitations, and attendee tracking.
  • Contribute to the execution of event marketing tactics and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams and vendors.
  • Assist with event budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure calendar alignment and communication across time zones.
  • Provide hands-on support during live and virtual events to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and post-event records.
  • Drive efficiency and consistency through standardized processes and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating corporate events at a global scale, in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated project management and multitasking abilities in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort working with event budgets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent research skills and creative problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
  • Experience working directly with C-suite executives.
  • Prior experience collaborating with teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with corporate branding and internal communications strategies.
Certifications (if any)
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
  • Event planning or hospitality certifications (e.g., CMP) are beneficial but not required.
Education
  • A strong portfolio of successfully executed events is highly preferred.
