A financial services company in Ottawa is seeking an experienced Investment Administrator to support their Finance team and ensure accurate investor relations and compliance filings. The successful candidate will have a background in financial transaction processing and excellent communication skills. We are seeking a talented Investment Administrator to work in our Ottawa head office on a hybrid basis. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Finance team and the Vice-President Sales – Funds with investor-related tasks and filings. Reporting to the Senior Controller, the Investment Administrator will be responsible for investor-related reporting, regulatory filings, reviewing subscription agreements, and maintaining accurate records in our Exempt Market Dealer software.
