Responsibilities

Interpro Pipe & Steel is seeking an experienced Inventory Finance Manager to oversee and coordinate inventory control processes across all Canadian sites. Based in Regina, this key role ensures accurate and timely month-end reporting and drives best practices in inventory management across a complex production and manufacturing environment.

  • Ensure monitoring and accurate inventory levels for all Canadian Operation sites are being followed and maintained
  • Problem solving, improvements and innovations
  • Demonstrate the importance of integrity
  • Managing administration of internal product pricing and setups, shipping, posting, workflows and sales orders
  • Regular monitoring of inventory systems for variances and processing corrections
  • Supervising Inventory and Scrap Yard clerks
  • Assist in auditing inventory and providing external auditors information as requested
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with internal departments, fostering effective communication.
  • Assist other team members to complete projects/assignments.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting is preferred, combined with 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing industry
  • Previous inventory management experience, preference given to candidates with knowledge of steel, pipe and plate experience
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Kronos and Oracle
  • Ability to communicate technical information
  • Ability to travel within North America is required
