Reporting directly to the Materials team, the Inventory Control Analyst will ensure accurate inventory management and support manufacturing operations through cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, and process optimization.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity across production, warehouse, and financial systems. This role combines analytical expertise, Lean principles, and hands‑on execution to optimize material flow, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills, and collaborates effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Typically, a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of related experience. 6 months Assembly experience preferred.
