Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Developer)

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years’ experience required to join one of the leading residential developers in Ireland. This is the ideal role for the QS with around 3+ years main contractor experience who would like to join a developer and have a long term stable career working on some of the largest residential projects in the country. Requirements

• Degree qualified with at least 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Ideally experience in the residential sector in Ireland or the UK
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be commercially and contractually aware.
• Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
