A travel consultancy company in Ontario is seeking an Intermediate Frontend Developer to enhance its online platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React and Next.js, capable of building responsive user interfaces and collaborating closely with teams. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a modern tech stack while improving user experiences for a high-traffic platform. Strong communication skills and a passion for user-centric design are essential.
At Range Group we believe in the power of the professional travel advisor. We represent over $4.5 billion in annual travel sales. All our investments stem from a common thesis, that travel advisors add real value to a trip. Travel advisors when equipped with technology and 24/7 support are irreplaceable. Equally important is our philanthropy. Range Foundation channels 10% of group profits to social impact. From exploration grants, improved access to education, new discoveries on sea and land, cultural infrastructure, and helping our global neighbors in times of need — we are investing to build a better future.
About the Role
Kensington is expanding our development team to support a wide variety of projects and initiatives centered around the kensingtontours.com website, its landing pages, its microsites, and its related properties. We’re looking for an Intermediate Frontend Developer who is comfortable building UIs and experiences for large volumes of traffic, and is committed to driving conversion through high-value features or enhancements for our stakeholders.
You’ll help drive the evolution of our modern web application architecture as we migrate away from our legacy tech stack. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, business partners, designers, and other developers to rapidly and continually deliver rich, high-value online travel content. You’ll be expected to play a hands‑on role in architecting content and components, defining frontend standards and practices, and mentoring your fellow developers.
