Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining integrations with accounting, CRM, and HRIS systems
• Handling and normalizing complex datasets (accounting data, CRM data, HR data)
• Working with concepts such as journal entries (accounting) and CRM opportunities
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure integrations support core business workflows
• Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to deliver a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• 46+ years of professional experience in integrations engineering, backend engineering, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of API design, REST / GraphQL, and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience working with accounting, CRM, and / or HRIS data
• Familiarity with financial / accounting concepts (e.g., journal entries, ledgers) and CRM workflows (e.g., opportunities, pipelines)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
