Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will work closely with the agent and senior team members. Objectives include:
- Property, Casualty, and Life Insurance sales and support.
- Answering all incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly.
- Scheduling appointments, identifying client needs, and matching them to appropriate products and services.
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification (education provided).
- Finding new clients and identifying new needs with existing clients.
- Continuously learning to stay informed about changes in the insurance industry.
Qualifications and Skills :
- General and Life Licenses or willingness to obtain them (exams and passing grades required).
- Excellent communication skills — our team handles clients in person, via telephone, and email. Building relationships effectively across all mediums is essential.
- A persistent approach — taking care of clients' needs may require multiple attempts to connect and discuss opportunities. Respectful persistence is valued to ensure clients are well protected.
- A good sense of humor and positivity. We are a small but dedicated team, and we look forward to working closely with you as you grow in your career.
- Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- A criminal background check is required as we handle clients' financial well-being.
The Offer :
- Salary plus unlimited commission potential: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
