This is a remote role – Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Reporting to the Bilingual Sales Support Supervisor, you will be responsible to:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to business‑to‑business (B2B) customers within an assigned Territory, promoting our world‑class product offerings.
  • Customize product recommendations and prepare tailored quotes based on customer needs and conversations you have with them.
  • Provide timely and proactive follow‑up to customer inquiries you are dealing with to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales performance by selling, upselling, and cross‑selling products to customers, with a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and performance metrics assigned to you.
  • Execute on all sales initiatives, including promotional deals and strategic sales objectives.
  • Provide coverage and support for vacant roles within your designated districts as needed.
What YOU Will Bring To This Role
  • Post‑secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Completion of a High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette skills with strong communicational ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast‑paced environment.
  • Energetic personality with a go‑getter attitude.
  • Full proficiency in written and oral French and English would be considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office is considered an asset.
